Therefore, we have instituted a failed appointment fee. In scheduling an appointment with Knead Massage you have agreed to be available for your appointment at the scheduled time. If you are unable to be present for a scheduled appointment, please call and cancel the appointment (502.291.3582), preferably one day in advance.
In cases of extraordinary circumstances which do not allow you to give a one-day advance notice, please call as soon as possible to inform us that you will be missing your appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a failed appointment fee of $25.00 that will be due at your next appointment.
